As a first year teacher I wasn&#039;t EVEN thinking about leading but very soon after I was looked at as &quot;new blood.&quot;  I find teachers in our school need to band together as much as possible and the positive people need to take the reins of many staff room conversations.  Don&#039;t give up!  You sound like a wonderful addition to our profession!]]></description>
